Other support ideas:

Updates from different schools

NCG ran a logo design competition and a raffle - over $750 worth of prizes from asking businesses around town.  They got the Hub youthworker to give a lunchtime talk and answer questions.

Mot High's made a dipslay on Student contacts & staff support.

Waimea has mixed ages, so each year there will be people who already know how the group works .

Nelson College are gonna put up info about drinking and driving penalties etc.

Nayland College display introduces Peer Mediators, Sexual Health mediators, and the Health Action Committee.

We're a health promotion organisation, so what's our role in all this?

We can help source supplies.

This year we used some $$ from our original budget, to give each group a starter-pack of coloured A4 paper, marker pens, pins, stapler and staples.

We can help with Research Support

We sent suggestions for display topics, like Youth Council or other groups' updates. We provide contacts to get more info for displays, for instance check out this link to the Youth 2000 survey: http://www.youth2000.ac.nz/earlyfindings.html
